10:00am - 10:15am: Welcome & Introductions
10:15am - 10:30am: Role of the Site Coordinator Overview
In this session, participants will engage with a high level overview of the responsibilities associated with the role of the Site Coordinator including formal observations, walkthroughs, mentor teacher training, and governance meetings. We will explore how this role supports deep district and university partnerships that benefit the needs of candidates and the PK-12 students they will serve.
10:30am - 11:30am: Governance
In this session, participants will engage in a high level overview of Governance Meetings and hear from coalition members about how they plan, facilitate, and incorporate data into these interactive and engaging meetings for stakeholders. We will discuss how Governance Meetings promote equity of voice and mutually beneficial relationships between districts and their university partners.
11:30am - 12:00pm: Governance Breakout Group Discussion
This small group discussion time will allow for individual reflection and provide opportunities to ask additional questions and process information shared about governance meetings.
12:00pm - 1:00pm: Lunch
1:00pm - 2:00pm: Student Teaching Seminar
In this session, participants will learn how coalition member institutions are using data and coursework to support teacher candidates as they engage in their student teaching experience. Through the Student Teaching Seminar, Teacher Candidates are provided ongoing coaching, resources, and support to help them to meet the diverse needs of their PK-12 students.

2:15pm - 2:45pm: Student Teaching Seminar Breakout Group Discussion
This small group discussion time will allow for individual reflection and provide opportunities to ask additional questions and process information shared about the Student Teaching Seminar.

10:15am - 10:55am: Co-Teaching
In this session, participants will learn how mentor teachers and teacher candidates are using co-teaching approaches to meet the developmental needs of the teacher candidates, as well as the needs of PK-12 students in their classroom.
10:55am - 11:15am: Co-Teaching Breakout Group Discussion
This small group discussion time will allow for individual reflection and provide opportunities to ask additional questions and process information shared about co-teaching.
11:15am - 11:30am: Break
11:30am - 12:10pm:
Pre-Conference, Observation, and Post-Conference Cycle (POP Cycle) and Walkthroughs
In this session, participants will learn about the formal and informal observations and coaching practices that coalition members are using to support teacher candidate development throughout their student teaching experience. This coaching focuses on equitable practices to meet the needs of all students--particularly using data and knowledge of students to drive instruction.
12:10pm - 12:30pm: POP Cycle and Walkthroughs Breakout Group Discussion
This small group discussion time will allow for individual reflection and provide opportunities to ask additional questions and process information shared about POP Cycle and Walkthroughs.
12:30pm - 1:30pm: Lunch
1:30pm - 2:10pm: Mentor Trainings
In this session, participants will learn how coalition members are engaging mentor teachers in collaboration, data sharing, and professional development to support the development of teacher candidates and maximize their impact on PK-12 students’ learning.
2:10pm - 2:30pm: Mentor Trainings Breakout Group Discussion
This small group discussion time will allow for individual reflection and provide opportunities to ask additional questions and process information shared about mentor trainings.
