Scaling the Site Coordinator

As universities prepare teacher candidates to be successful in the classroom on day one, they recognize that they must anchor that preparation in sustained hands-on experience over the course of a yearlong residency. To make this model work at scale, there is a critical linchpin: The site coordinator.
