Governance
Meetings
Shared governance is a partnership practice that leverages data to inform continuous improvement efforts. How might EPPs initiate a shared governance structure or take it to the next level and ensure engagement of all stakeholders? What types of data might be shared and leveraged to grow the partnership and inform shared decision making? This session will engage participants in learning about the evolution of an EPP partnership over five years. Participants will hear directly from the Site Coordinators that support three different school districts across the El Paso region and interact with authentic artifacts from partnership meetings to learn about promising practices aligned to research.
