Reggie Alfonso

Reggie Alfonso became the Senior Director of Administration & Strategic Initiatives at US PREP in 2024. In this role, he oversees the daily operations of the executive office, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and facilitating effective decision-making. He works closely with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and manage critical projects, all while serving and supporting the US PREP team.

With a background in higher education dating back to 2004, Reggie has held leadership roles in Enrollment, Student Services, and Finance, working closely with executive and academic leadership. In addition to his extensive experience in education, Reggie has 6 years of entrepreneurial experience, including founding and operating a youth sports league and running a mortgage and health insurance business.

Reggie is passionate about mentoring and supporting others in reaching their full potential. He and his wife, Destiny, have been married since 2005 and have three children. The family is actively involved in their local church and enjoys spending their free time at the beach.
